I'd pick 422 as a globular if the atlas didn't show otherwise. 422 is the smallest, and 371 quite large with 395 between then but closer to 371. Only 371 resolves well. [371 is also associated with nebulosity which I didn't see].

Would pick as an unresolved globular if the chart didn't show it as an open cluster. [There is nebulosity associated; I didn't see it].
